About the artist
Hi, I'm Karen.
I'm a Lebanese-Armenian multidisciplinary visual artist and creative director based in Dubai, working somewhere between art, technology, music and the unexpected.
My practice is rooted in a lifelong fascination with how things look, sound and feel. From growing up behind a piano to exploring the possibilities of light, movement and digital worlds, I've always been drawn to creating experiences that go beyond what meets the eye.
Today, I bring ideas to life through immersive installations, projection mapping, audiovisual performances and experimental visual storytelling. I turn architecture into a canvas, sound into something you can see, and ordinary spaces into experiences that challenge perception.
My approach is intuitive, curious and a little unconventional. I like blurring the boundaries between physical and digital, the real and the surreal, creating work that doesn't just ask to be seen, but to be felt.
Beyond my artistic practice, I'm the founder of Fann Collective and Club After Six, two communities born from the same belief: that creativity, connection and shared experiences have the power to bring people together.
